We enable our clients
to maximize the value of their commercial real estate
holdings with a strong financing solution backed by competitive
capital. We utilize a methodical approach in the
delivery of advisory services. First, evaluating the financing
assignment and defining an optimal strategy. This includes
determining feasibility of terms, available of equity capital and reserves,
and matching the request to the appropriate capital investor for
the property to be collateralized. Once we present our recommended
course of action, we are retained to market the financing request
to the capital markets. We then market the assignment to capable
investors who will deliver the most competitive capital. Once a competitive
bid has been accepted, we actively manage the financing at every
step, from the preparation of offering documents, to submission to
the capital markets, and negotiation of financing proposals, to the
due diligence, commitment and the closing.
